SMTOWN GLOBAL SHOP strives for your complete satisfaction with every official merchandise purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the items and the shipping label.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address if approved.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and include the RMA form inside the package before shipping it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
